How can you say you offer same day delivery service and you don’t do that. First I think you making people pay for an order without option of receiver paying is a scam. You can’t cancel order. Made an order since 3.47pm u said it would be done next day okay. After ranting in an email someone called that the rider would call me on his way to pick up. 11am next day I haven’t seen the rider called the same number 08162816656 and all he could tell me was he isn’t the rider that the rider would reach out. I don’t recommend, not reliable and SCAM

Been using spatch for months now, and it was the best decision i made so far, you can’t really judge cos of 1 day lapse, that won’t be fair. Customer service on point and my clients has no complain of any rider

Very poor service. Incompetent customer service. I booked a delivery from ajah to ketu as early as 7:30am, after several calls to the customer service her excuse by 3:30pm was that the riders phone is bad and can’t view orders, I can never use you guys again the 1000 naira in my wallet I dash you people rubbish, major flop 👎🏿, wasted more than 7 hours of my time for me to still cancel the order.
