Cannot open dialogues
I’ve just downloaded the app from AppStore to my IPad Air 2 tablet and installed it. When I try to open a conversation within any category, it seems I’m unable to do it for some reason. The files are being downloaded but then the dialogue would not open anyway. Please find attached the video (it’s not seen how I try to open the topics as I do it with a finger but file downloading process is visible there). Thank you very much in advance!
It doesn’t work
I have a problem with this app. I paid for a version that should work offline, but I can’t open any materials. I downloaded audio files but it still doesn’t work. I’m using an iPhone, so I downloaded the app from AppStore.

The sound of the app is very low when recording, it doesn't come up with the recorded speech.👎🏻
Comment about the sound
I bought this app last weak. I found something wrong about the quality of the sound. Sometime it ran normal but sometimes it was too quite to listen. What should I do. Just say nothing to do or waiting for the chance if it becomes normal then by it own as it always occur.
