unavoidable crash during store select

I tried to place an order. Got everything in the cart and went to pay and it says that the cart is empty. Try to put product in cart again and it says it’s already in cart, try to pay, cart is empty. What a joke!!! Specs opviously doesn’t need my money.

Super convenient. Points and quicker than the dasher of doors.

Long time loyalist of Specs. Noticed this app is on a similar platform/ base as other liquor stores use. Not a fan of how glitchy or bug ridden it is. For the past month, I put things in my cart, but when I click on it the cart says it is empty. Then I put something else in the cart & the previous number updates to one more. Real frustrating. Also not a fan of how you can’t link back to products from the cart (when it actually does work). Another big complaint is the annoying and unnecessary manner in which when you go to check out like 75% of the page gets obscured with food recommendations that hide your view of contents of your cart. Most other sales apps only make that a banner on the bottom of the page (like 20-30% of the view). Sadly, this app cannot compare with the Total Wine app. I sure wish it did & hope they improve the app soon.

App needs work don’t show the points I earned for any of my purchases

I just wanted to clear up that I had put a 1 star for them through the door dash app. Once I called them and explained everything. They handed it perfectly and cared about me being a customer. I tried to go back and change it. To 4-5 Stars and I can’t. So I decided I’d post it here for ppl to see.

I can add items to my cart but when I go to the cart, it is empty, so of course I can’t place any orders through the app.

Please add a URI on your login page so password managers can autofill that info 😊

It wouldn’t recognize an iCloud random email address to create an account. It just errors with “invalid email address”. It’s in the standard email address format, so not sure why it would reject it. Created an account with a Gmail address and it accepted it, but the shopping cart would show items I added to my cart as a badge in the upper right corner (7), but when I click to see the cart contents, it shows my cart as empty. Wow. Deleted.

Yall please fix the bugs with this app. Constantly kicking me out. Loads slower than 1990’s dial up internet. And says error repeatedly.
