When I open the app it tells me something about network or something but it keeps taking me to settings.
When You Go To Settings Nothing Happens and it only takes you there this does not work and I saw a review where someone said it a year ago and still not fix.
Useless. Doesn’t work
Why am I not surprised that this app does not work. Why am I not surprised that it is just like my whole experience with spectrum since 2018. No one is ever on the same page at this company. They say that all you need is one app for the whole spectrum experience. Why? It doesn’t work. So while they are striving to be #1 in the tech business, expect to be over charged and lied to about all the services they provide. Yes I’m sure there are a lot of new employees that do not have a clue what they are doing and the subscribers pay with their patients. It’s not worth it. Im sure all of us that feel we are over charged realize that we paid for all the new technology that’s being used in todays world. If we get fed-up and seek out a different company we never get to reap the benefits of being overcharged for our services. There’s clients of mine that live in nicer neighborhoods that have everything spectrum offers (which is so much more than I subscribe to) that pay less than I do. So very irritating. The only thing that I can say is worth it is the no contracts. But at the same time if your sporting a legacy package you can never get it back if you change it or leave. That’s a bit of a head game I’d think. No contract but not what you want if you change your services and stay with them. Punishment I guess. Why??? Why???? Why???? I’m sick of it!!!! Way past time for me to leave this company. Bet I don’t get a dollar back for having no internet half if the time I’ve had soectrum. A service I paid for and did not get and the headaches that came with that issue. Why did I say so long?
My IPhone just went through the recent Apple 16.1.1 update and the Spectrum app no longer works when I try and watch through the TV. I know it’s due to the update because my son’s IPhone works just fine and he has not gone through the update yet. Since the Spectrum app is the only one that doesn’t work, Apple is saying Spectrum needs to update their software to work with the most recent update. Not sure when that will happen, so meantime I’m paying over $200 for nothing- GOOD TIMES!
Freezing,buffering. Deleted app and reinstalled. Didn’t help. Notice you’ve been trying to fix since the 16.0 Apple TV update. Still not working. Fyi your techs have limited Apple TV trouble shooting suggestions.
If you ever find issues opening Spectrum Enterprise TV always make sure you are on the specific network for TVSA. Delete the app and reinstall it. It should work and you won't keep getting wifi settings option. The App will cache your last login so it needs to be deleted before it works again.
This App works great! Once we white listed the IP and properly connected to the Spectrum Enterprise service, we were able to get access across the whole site. Highly recommend this service!

This app makes nooooo sense
