Can’t log into the app. Can’t get a password reset link to my email. Bill doesn’t have ANY contact info for company other than… a link to download the app. Getting charged with late fees even though I have auto pay set up, and can’t do… anything to address it because the app is absolute garbage and there is NO OTHER WAY to interact with the company. Not sure how this is even legal.

As a member of my HOA’s ACC Board, it is imperative that I have direct access to the community’s requests for property improvements. Since the most recent update to the app, this is now missing from my platform. I am mobile most of the time, so doing any of this on a PC is counterintuitive to my work. Please remedy this problem as soon as possible. The community is counting on my team and I to process their requests in a timely manner.

Newest download - why write an app that doesn’t support landscape on an iPad? Kinda basic in “app land”.

I would assume that the owners Drunk cousin wrote this app as a college assignment. This is by far the worst app I am forced to use

Terrible app. Funny how every communication they send says download their app yet it looks like my 3rd grader could create a better app and website. Don’t waste your time!

Doesn’t let you register

This review is for Amanda Powell, SpectrumAM Community Manager for Garden Homes, Inc, Corpus Christi. Amanda has been our Association Manager for approx 4 months and has hit the ground running from the first day. She has quickly engaged and made a seamless transition from our previous Community Manager. She is responsive, efficient, courteous and professional. I can’t even log in. After registration the button to submit remains greyed out.

It’s buggy, doesn’t provide notifications, nor helpful menus. It doesn’t allow you to see payment history or origin of charges. Garbage.
