Terrible

When I answer a call through this app, instead, it automatically hangs up.

Unable to see incoming texts on IPhone

It used to work ok until this year . Now I am having trouble seeing old texts and being able to read new incoming texts. I have to go to desktop to see and respond to texts. The company also increased the fee for this feature this year.

Nonstop Ringing

Since the last update, it rings constantly even if the caller hung up.

Weak Org

Says a lot about a company to have such bad reviews over years and do nothing about it.

New Designed app is great

Using 2.1.0 version. It works for phone calls, voice mail, and chat very well.

Unreliable

My company relies on this app and company to handle our calls. It fails often. The app is not developed well. Calls can ONLY be received if the app is open on your phone screen. Absolutely useless in its current state. Please fix your broken app, your customers desperately need it.

App needs to work with iOS 16. Come on!!

I need to use the app with work phone to hear thru two hearing devices connected to cell phone. Lack of an app update is creating accessibility issues

Crashing

Needs to be updated stat

Crashes on iOS 16.1

Do not update to iOS 16.1 until they fix this problem on Spectrum app. It crashes when you try it to open.

Total Fail

I updated my phone and the app only allows me the first log in page. After every log in the app closes over and over. Redownloading does the same thing.
