Speed Queen

App should have cashless option because today both the coin changers are offline and even the Speed Queen Value Centre cannot be used. I had to rummage into my belongings to find enough 50cent coins to use the washer.

As per title No email received

I did top up for the apps but the machine suddenly jammed in the middle of top up and when it came back, my money was not credited into my account. The similar one goes for coin as well, the machine jammed and I can’t insert more coin nor take it out. Tried to call the support and did live chat, no answer. Very disappointed

I installed the app and it keeps crashing. I wanted to report the issue to the 25/7 customer service I can’t click the link.

Easy to use. I like the reward. Will always use speed queen! Good job!

Easy to top up, have top up machines in shop. But should alert customer when select wrong location , bcz i pay wrong place’s machine. But love this app, will remind customer when machines almost done! Love it

No freee internet

The app was really good until recently I cannot add funds to my account, an error message pops up. App does not allow you to delete your credit card info. App does not allow me to delete my account. I’ve been trying to contact support and website is not working properly to chat with representative.

Took my money and they won’t email me to help out.

I can’t start my laundry because they had to go and make it into an app. This does not need to be an app. This helps nobody, probably not even their corporate bottom line. I just want to do my laundry. I’m fine putting coins into the machine, or using a card in the machine, or having both options. But right now the only option I have is this app that cannot get a connection, and this has happened multiple times. Please just let me do my laundry and trash this thing.
