My son loves spelling his words with the Apple Pencil instead of trying to slowly search through the keyboard. The act of writing out the word is what I love most. Please add the ability to create our own word lists so we can use this app to practice his school spelling lists. We would subscribe to that without hesitation!

My 1st grade daughter has been doing great with this app. I love the different modalities it uses to reinforce how to spell. BUT! Today we opened the app to find all her progress gone! There was no option offered to sign in and restore. I’ll be happy to give 5 stars if our progress can be restored. If it can’t I’ll be asking for refund and abandoning this app.

My kindergartener loves using this app to practice his sight word spelling. He’s really motivated to collect all the golden trees. In the sight word levels, some of the pronunciations given by the robotic female voice are really weird and confusing. I have to sit by my son while he uses the app so that I can intervene and restate a word correctly, otherwise he’ll spell it as it’s pronounced and get frustrated when it’s wrong. For example, “at” is pronounced “et” “and” is “end” “we” is “wih” “she” is “shih” “for” is “fur” The words pronounced by the (human?) male voice in the more advanced levels are spoken correctly. Maybe he could lend his voice to the sight words too?

The level with the word strike there is no way I can spell the word I can spell it with a circle is but not with the hexagons that you connect please fix it thank you.

On the page there is a cheat lightbulb that gives away the answer. No way to disable it. Need it to be disabled. Otherwise very good app.
