The app gives the expectation of digitalising processes and streamlining. However, after downloading the app, I realised that we still have to call to make an appointment instead of using the app.
It’s very frustrating and tedious.
Lousy apps created
One of the owner of the property and the apps suppose to serve the owner well. However, the apps are not user friendly at all. The owners are not able to check the currently outstanding from the statement of account but the late charges….
Surprisingly the amount of the late interest charges are also wrong calculated. Payments have been made much earlier than the date they imposed the late charges.
Urge all the owner to reject to use the mobile apps and request them to make enchantments/ upgrade on the apps.
Error
Please update and fix the bug. Keep prompting an error when raising e-form. Also why can’t make payment directly from this application?
Grey page
Page redirects to grey page after selecting bill to pay
Below expectation
The app has the most basic function and it’s almost useless to even have it on my phone.
Constant server error message
I have tried to raise an E-form for 2 weeks now and keep constantly getting the same server error message and there is no workaround possible. Even log in via web has the same issue.
Page not displayed
The notification has raised up to four notices that my service request was feedbacked or responded. However, nothing show up when i click in.
