Sphere is a breathe of fresh air in a world that’s getting TikTok-ified with more and more noise but less depth and fulfillment. The prompts are clever and things you might not think about on a whim which encourages reflection and introspection. My favorite thing about it is you get to do that with the most important people in your life and learn more about each other in a fun way.

Honestly it’s not easy to get buddies to talk about certain meaningful topics that I like to get into. This app makes it cool and provides modern tech to engage these friends. So far I’ve actually had multiple friends tell me things they’ve never told me before!

Really fun app and cool interface. Questions can be thought provoking or just fun. I like using it to connect with friends that live farther away. It’s a great way to engage.

Normally a sphere is a geometrical object that is a three-dimensional analogue to a two-dimensional circle. This app is not that, instead it is actually much more. I was surprised that the mental health tools did this for me. When I tried it it opened up new doors. The doors were not there at first, but they opened up eventually. The old saying goes, “when one door closes, another opens”. I guess sphere app is the other door.

It’s only been a few days but I’ve learned a number of interesting ideas. The reflect component is cool too. By sharing my reflections I’ve had conversations with friends I wouldn’t of had otherwise
