Spin makes difficult decisions easier, faster and more beautiful. Create multiple lucky wheels and customize them by choosing the number of fields, change the colors, add a name to fields and much more!
The following features are included in Spin:
- Easy Start:
Tap the start button once to start the lucky wheel, or press the space bar. Tap again to make it spin faster.
- Number of Entries:
Click on the plus and minus buttons, or use your keyboard to specify how many fields the lucky wheel should have. You can also quickly adjust the number of fields in the wheel settings.
- Customize Entries:
Click on a field of the lucky wheel to change its color or name. The available colors can be adjusted in the app settings.
- Multiple Lucky Wheels, Apple Watch & iCloud:
You can create as many wheels as you like and quickly switch between them. All wheels are synchronized via iCloud with Spin on your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. Wheels can be named to find them quickly.
- Look and Feel:
Spinning the wheel feels amazingly real thanks to your iPhone's Taptic Engine and is smoothly animated at the same time! Depending on your preference, the vibration and sound can also be deactivated. When the wheel comes to a stop, the field name is displayed (if available) and a beautiful confetti animation is played.
- Elimination Mode:
In Elimination Mode, selected fields are not selected again. If all fields have been selected, the process starts again from the beginning.
- Counting Mode:
In Counting Mode, the fields are numbered consecutively. You can also set the starting value from which to start counting. This means you can also use Spin as a random number generator! The counting mode can be switched on and off individually for each wheel. Please note that for space reasons, this function is not suitable for more than 30 numbers.
- Color Pattern:
You can define a color pattern for each wheel. The color pattern determines the colors of the new wheel fields. For many entries, the pattern is repeated.
- Wheel Behavior:
The rotation speed and also the duration of the wheel can be adapted to your needs.
- Sounds:
The sounds, which are played when the wheel spins or comes to a stop, can be personalized. In total, there are 6 sounds available.
- Dark Mode:
The system-wide dark or light mode is used as the primary color scheme.
- Splitscreen & Slideover:
Want to multitask? On iPad, you can use the app in split-screen mode and for Slideover.

Die App ist spitze. Ich bin Gitarr- & Ukulelenlehrer und benutze die App oft im Unterricht. Man kann beliebig viele Felder erzeugen, die Felder mit allen erdenklichen Farben versehen und dann auch noch reinschreiben, was man will: Den Namen der Schüler*innen, einen Notennamen, einen Akkord - was auch immer. Du hast ein Rad „vorbereitet“, brauchst aber ein weiteres? Einfach das alte Rad so wie es ist abspeichern und ein anderes designen und so weiter…
Sehr schön auch, dass das Ergebnis jetzt auch im Zentrum des Rades kurz aufblinkt. Super, dieses Spin!
Sehr gute App!
Eine gute, simple App. Keine Werbung, dafür Datenschutz. Inzwischen gebe ich 5 Sterne, da meine Anregungen im Update 2.5 enthalten sind. Einfach sehr gut!
(Ich wünsche mir zwei Verbesserungen: 1. die Räder sollten benennbar sein 2. die Option, dass ein Feld, bis zum nächsten Start, nicht noch einmal gewählt wird (durch ausgrauen, verblassen z.B.). Für manche Spiele (z.B. Bingo) oder Personenwahl wäre das schön!)
Tolle App
Super schöne App. Nutze ich total oft, wenn ich mich oder die Gruppe sich mal nicht Entscheiden kann.
Das Geräusch beim Drehen
Tolle App - aufgeräumt, übersichtlich und funktional - Verbesserungspotential sehe ich im Geräusch das das Rad macht während es sich dreht. Das tickt so dünn und zerbrechkich dass mir die Ohren zittern. Ein kraftvoller, massiver irgendwie stabiler Klang könnte dem virtuellen Drehrad deutlich mehr „handwerkliche“ Qualität verleihen.
Coole Idee
Klasse Idee, simpel und richtig nice umgesetzt. Wenn man die Schrift noch positionieren, bzw. quer anbringen könnte, sowie manuelles anschlagen des Rades, könnte man es vor Glück, kaum noch aushalten!!
Simpel und übersichtlich…
Eine schöne, übersichtliche „Entscheidungshilfe“. Leider kann man nicht mehrere Glücksräder für unterschiedliche Szenarien vorkonfigurieren sondern muss das vorhandene immer wieder ändern. Sonst gäbe es 5 Sterne. Dafür gibt es aber nen Extrastern für den Datenschutz!!!
Edit: Nur kurze Zeit später wurde nachgearbeitet und nun sind mehrere Räder möglich. Da gibts natürlich auch den 5. Stern.

Super App, mit der es Spaß macht einfacher Entscheidungen zu treffen. Wo gehen wir heute essen, ist jetzt schnell entschieden. Würde mich über einen Vollbildmodus noch sehr freuen. Danke

ein einfaches Glücksrad, schnell personalisiert ohne Schnickschnack und ohne Abo!
Mal drei oder vier Räder angelegt mit Zahlen Namen, um spontan Entscheidungen zu treffen oder zu spielen.
Macht was es soll
Schlanke und einfache Anwendung, erfüllt ihren Zweck. Natürlich kann man auch mehrere Räder konfigurieren, anders als bei anderen Rezensionen behauptet. Hätte mich auch gewundert…
Kein Datenklau
Ich bezahle gerne, wenn ich weiß, dass meine Daten nicht irgendwo angezapft und verscherbelt werden. Dafür müsste es eine eigene App-Store-Kategorie geben.
