Spinn

I would return the device before you use it. I’ve owned two that I’ve had to send back at least 6 times within 8 months and they continue to tell us to talk to support. Support never seems to help and the machine seems great for the first few coffees but it never works properly after some time. Plus the customer support is all automated and they don’t care about the customers. Really a shame because it could be a wonderful thing but it isn’t. Am now recommending the Jura to people.

This coffee maker has been nice to have as opposed to going to coffee shops for that freshly ground coffee drinks. The app allows customization of how I like my coffee, stronger or weaker, and haves me a ton of money be making it at home vs retail prices. The downside is that it has lots of moving parts so expect some time cleaning. For the coffee connoisseur this machine will be a welcomed coffee maker.

This little super automatic is fantastic. We have a Jura and meile, and this tends to be our “go to” it’s very tech oriented and gives you lots of options including a “pour over” get it, you won’t be disappointed

Best machine I’ve ever owned, ordered the 2.0 version and looking forward to it.

This company has the worst customer service don’t do business with them I sent an email regarding getting a 100 dollar discount if you are a Spinn customer they sent me the code after 3 emails but I can’t use it now do to the Holidays so I have to wait for all the Holidays to end to use the code plus the Spinn 2 they have no idea when it’s going to come out so you are totally lost spending 800 dollars and have no idea when you are going to received product.

This machine and customer service is the worst. Don’t waste your money.

We are truly loving our Spinn! Day 3! It’s delicious and so fun to make all the different recipes!

I loved my old Nespresso machines, but hated the waste of the pods. I tried to find reusable pods, but they ended up breaking the machine. Took a risk on preordering a Spinn and will never go back. Great tasting coffee and I can dump the used grounds in my garden.

Have had it 2 years now, easy to program! Great coffee!

App works just as expected once in a while you’ll have to update a software too, but there is aren’t any complaints on my end Love my Spinn purchase it when it was on kickstart don’t regret any second having bought it. wonderful coffee machine would always recommend.
