Keeps getting same pop up message saying click on new version for update !!

I never write bad reviews but I just really feel I have to - this app has to be the worst supermarket app I have ever used , and it used to be fine .. why did you change it ?? ( it’s been over a year now I think) . It’s user unfriendly in every way.

Your app is not only slow, it isn’t working at all. It’s mot possible to add a debit card, always error… problems to put the correct address also… all in all either fix the app or remove it from the App Store and don’t waist people’s precious time !!!

App keeps lagging, sometimes my basket shows up and sometimes it doesn’t. When I search it takes forever. When I’m scrolling I accidentally add everything into basket. When I try to zoom into a product I cannot enlarge the photo.. waste of time.

OTP login does not send code

Interface is ok but there are serious performance issues. You can’t actually place an order as a guest, the app keeps asking you to sign in. I tried registering with email but never received an OTP. The shopping card keeps disappearing from the screen. Compared to other grocery apps in Dubai this one is clearly behind.

Every time I put things in my cart and somehow I click something like back and forth and then I can’t figure out anything on the app, most of the time it empties my cart, learn from other groceries which are not as confusing as this also it takes time to put something in the cart for me to think but this application is just bad really bad

Когда заходишь в приложение, нужно обязательно ввести адрес, после ввода адреса это панель меню выдает странную ошибку, и пользоваться приложение. Не возможно!

The new update is so bad. The previous one was better. As customers we need to read the product details and ingredients. The new update doesn’t give us this option.

This app is very bad for me, I can’t pay online when I want to check out, also have this problem with the website too!! Every time I contact them to fix this problem they don’t do anything!!
