After they accepted my order n got paid for it, and after waiting one week to receive the order, they call and say they don’t have stock!!?? Horrible and pathetic app and lousy service

The application is so slow to open , when I click on any item it takes 30 seconds and more to see it or to double the quantity . It is from your side because other KNOWN applications are so much faster.

And what is it about? Lol can’t sign up i can do nothing 😂

There is no meaning for the app coz you will save the items to buy than few hours price will double its non professional for page

Perfect service and follow-up

just downloaded the app, created an account, was asked to activate the account via email, clicked on link, and all i get is link expired. the whole process was in less than 3 minutes. i tried to sign in regardless and it didn't work 👍🏼 off to toters unfortunately.

Lots of bugs and errors! Unprofessional staff

The app overall is well organized easy to use for all ages. But spinneys is falsely advertising “same day delivery” so i downloaded the app went through all the trouble of looking up the products i need then I get to choose my delivery slot time, i ordered on Jan 23 but my order won’t be here until Feb 1 🤦🏻‍♀️ you can imagine my disappointment you need a maximum of 24 or 48 hour delivery time otherwise people won’t book their orders a week before that’s not logic 🤦🏻‍♀️

They convert my products from brand and size! Even i mentioned not to convert it ,they can simply remove it from my cart .
