This is not playing for me 😞 all the ones work but this one will not play I got this many years ago to help me with my fears and it helped me so much . Specially my anxiety what am I doing wrong ?

This is terrific app and helps me with my chronic pain. I am 51 years old yet suffer from chronic pain every second of every minute of every hour of every day. I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy as well as Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis. I have the entire collection of these apps and they all help me fall a sleep at night and that is well worth the price. The visualizations are also fantastic and they help me with the pain I feel every second. They provide a "distraction" and I can't express enough that this app as well as all the others are my prescription I carry with me all the time! They beat any medication, procedure or physical therapy choice that I've ever had! Thank you so much for helping us who live with the invisible disease of "chronic pain". Nobody would guess that these apps and the IPad would help so many with physical limitation and PAIN! Five stars plus many many thanks!

The words are simple in an everyday language. He allows you to go on your own journey into your own world. You can not get "lost" or feel threatened, but you do feel secure with the sound of his voice. I also adore the music. It's very well suited for this hypnosis.
