Very difficult to register an email if you are not a member

Impossible to book,does not give back refunds. I booked a swim and was a little late and still doesn’t let us swim. People at front desk have no emotion and didn’t give us any help. Worst app ever needs to be better.

My headline says it all Much more could be done including a fitness tracker for attendance, auto store password and ac details etc

Absolutely useless. Bloated with unnecessary stuff. Completely useless app. Very difficult to make simple booking. Have to reenter your membership ID for booking, when you are already logged in with it. No idea why this app was ever created, ifs just ugly awkward interface to their website.

Not sure how this got passed the reviews because it’s not really an app to be honest. It’s opening up a website. If there was only a single button within the app that opens up Safari to the website it would probably work better. Please make a real app guys.

If you log in, it still asks you to input all your details making a booking. Every time you navigate to a different area of the app, it logs you out. The login platform seems to be different in different areas of the app. My password saved for one but not the others. Booking do not show. You can’t cancel bookings. Registering is not an easy process. Was this tested at all before it was released???

People that created such masterpiece should find different job, not related with IT sector.

App does not work. Impossible to register an account and make a booking which renders this spp completely unusable.
