Never loads Useless app too bad it used to be one of the best

Signed into app with Bell to watch Olympics. It has worked flawlessly until today where now I have to have STUPID Sportsnet PLUS to watch now??! Never have I had to pay on top of my bell subscription to watch on the sportsnet app. Broadcast companies need to GET OVER THEMSELVES. Let people watch TV.

Oh first of all the old layout was better because now you can't press on the games do you want to visit and it is much harder to find things and also there is so many glitches please change the background back to white

With all the technical advancement in society. You would think you could pick which event you wanted to watch. Nope you get to watch Italy fence Japan for bronze while Canada swims for the gold medal. You get to watch the interview of the medal winner with a replay of the celebration in the water. You want to watch soccer? No way here’s speed walking for your $35.00 monthly subscription. Who ever decided this was a good idea needs to find the closest brick wall and hit your head against it at least 300 times.

I just got a new phone. I had trouble with my saved password. They locked my account. There is no way to contact for tech support. I’m going to have to go through my credit card company.

I unsubscribed after the NHL playoffs were over and was still charged for two extra months. Tried to speak to someone to explain the situation but it wasn’t possible as they don’t have a call centre. Had to exchange dozens of emails with them but they still wouldn’t refund me for the extra charges. I won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone unless you don’t mind the bad customer experience.

How are you suppose to login in on your tv with the sign in with Sportsnet+ it won’t let you enter the access code on your phone.

audio often lags, which is not great for watching live sports

The app use to appear on my Apple CarPlay. After resetting my phone and deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times it still does not appear.

Possibly the most frustrating app I’ve ever used to AirPlay content 90% of the time I have to reset my TVs intérêt connection to AirPlay. It is the only app I use to AirPlay content that makes me do so. All the other ones just work. The app will randomly stop streaming when it does work although that happens less often. No Roku app is weird too
