Please avoid the application and this service. There is no emergency support at all. The manager answer within one week. If you would not find the location, or the landlord does not let you in, you even cannot call the support for immediate interference or to resolve possible issues. There are a lot of bugs in application. You cannot even press some buttons in it since they does not work. I am contacting the support for 8 days in order to change the days and I got the answer only once.

I like Spotahome, and the app is good, but the gestures can be improved. For example, when you want to scroll through photos, you need to swipe directly in the middle of the block, if you swipe closer to the bottom, it won’t work - and that’s exactly where it’s most natural to swipe. If you open the photos view full screen (which by the way can be done only by tapping only in the same area as swiping) it’s very hard to close it by swiping down. And it’s really annoying that there is no support for the “back” gesture. Like, I can’t swipe right to go back, I need to scroll back to the top of the page and tap on the inconveniently positioned arrow. Other than that the app is great, but the things I listed really take away from UX.

Я приложила паспорт, мы дали доступ к счету, после чего учетную запись заблокировали, потому что надо предоставить квитанции об оплате коммунальных услуг на моё имя 1) вы уже списали с меня деньги, разве это не подтверждение платежеспособности? 2) у меня может не быть квитанций на моё имя, если их оплачивает лэндлорд Пользоваться сервисом не хочется. Странно брать деньги, а потом придумывать квесты

After the booking my landlord said, that he will NOT DO any contract because in that case he will have to pay government 20% tax. This is simply ILLEGAL. I booked his apartment FOR A YEAR. I’m in shock that such reputable service as Spotahome doesn’t control such fraud and their agents doesn’t answer me anywhere now! RETURN MY MONEY!

iPhone XS: I cannot see only about 10 searched results, no next page of view more. I cannot confirm my request after I entered card details and it was checked successfully. Had to use website.

Don’t recommend using this app for booking. Description can be wrong on the “checked” accounts, and if you tell them about it, they won’t do anything at all, just apologize for the inconvenience. They don’t help to solve any issues. Also, SPOTAHOME don’t provide invoices for the rent or the deposits.

Esta compañía no verifica las propiedades; son propiedades en mal estado y tampoco realizan la devolución del dinero. He esperado casi 3 meses y no responden, y tampoco han hecho la devolución del mismo, ni tienen personal capacitado para resolver un alojamiento que incumple con los estándares mínimos de habitabilidad y dignidad

No lo recomiendo, tarda en responde correos whatsapp todo los teléfonos no atienden si tienen un problema no te ayudan rápido piden documentos nuevos cada mensaje que llega cada 5 horas la peor no la usen nunca

Estoy intentando pagar la reserva de un piso con mi tarjeta BBVA y me dice que el código cvv es incorrecto y es un error que da obviamente la aplicación, escribí al área de atención al cliente que se supone que te responden en menos de 24 horas y la solución que me dieron es que cambié de tarjeta como que si yo tengo miles de banco. No lo recomiendo para nada y ahora viendo todos los comentarios negativos menos mal que ni se me ocurrió alquilar un piso con esta gente.
