I don’t know what it is with this app but my lord it’s ridiculous how often it starts bugging out or lagging for absolutely no reason. Insanely slow app.

Maybe this was a decent app functionality speaking 10 years ago, but this app is so glitchy I wonder if it’s been updated by anyone

This is the worst app I've used for door-to-door sales. I've tried SalesRabbit, Blackbird, and several other sales apps, but this one is by far the most frustrating. It constantly lags, fails to load pins quickly, and freezes if you try to move while pulling up a pin. Do not recommend.

If I could do negative stars; I would, of my eight years sales experience, using 13 different sales software over the years, Spotio has got to be the absolute worst, it’s been known to lose my customers information halfway through my sales process , prone to crashing, fails to successfully to deliver information to MarketSharp, and other software companies. fails to send information over to Rilla, and overall makes my day today. Job significantly harder, I would much rather write down everything on a piece of paper because on a piece of paper the information doesn’t completely disappear , I genuinely hope the people over there can get their act together on a soft where that was promised to be so much, the sales reps they have to promote their soft where is a joke. Unfortunately we took them seriously.

The app is so glitchy. I don’t know how they haven’t fixed it in over a year but I will be tapping on a lead or the phone call button legit on tapping on anything it doesn’t matter what your tapping on but it takes forever to load through it’s makes my day to day process so much longer and I’m not taking like 30 seconds to load through (which is still a long time) I’m taking a whole minute. All I do is call our appointments for the day and it takes so dang long gosh

The program often loses pins in the middle of trying to disposition. Places my location up to 3 miles away from my current existing location with tracking enabled can sometimes take 30 seconds or longer to disposition a pin, which can relate to double dispositioning, cannot move pins that are dislocated. Cannot look at just a single street at a time in numerical order. Even when settings are set to only you when searching finding addresses from multiple other sales staff. Really causes it to be difficult to quickly find a pin with the search menu. Do not recommend.

Glitches and not user friendly at all. I thought sales rabbit was bad, SPOTIO is a whole new level of terrible. Constantly loses connection in the field. The zooming in and moving on the map is the most frustrating part. It takes forever to load. If your selling telecommunications with a company that uses ICOMS, use Real Time Results app. That is the best one for door to door Internet sales. If you’re debating between this app and Sales Rabbit… 100% I’d use sales rabbit.

I’d give it zero if I could. Simple changes to availability and schedule are almost impossible to make. Support is next to no help and basically tells you the same generic thing no matter what.

Originally when I got the app I had an Iphone 8 and it was so slow, I thought the issue was my phone initially but when I bought a 14 the same issues kept occurring. It takes so long to load and I feel as though most of the time Im setting someone is wasted trying to get this slow app to load. Very annoying.

Everytime there is an update I loose a feature I need 🤦🏼‍♀️ last update the text button is no longer working. Is there a way to fix this? I should be able to click the text and be able to send one to the number I have logged for that customer. Currently nothing happens. Help!
