Great, my neighbors daughter came over to help me
VERY ACCURATE
I compared the results with Spren and it is within 1% body fat. This app is great, very accurate people need to stop leaving reviews because they are mad at the accuracy of the app trust the results and work on yourselves don’t lie to yourselves with your own delusional body fat estimate of yourself
Extremely accurate
I used Spren within a week of completing a DEXA scan and found the results were within .5%! I’m incredibly impressed!
Body fat is so off
I did my scan and got a result telling me I’m 33% body fat. Very off!
Pretty cool, easy and free.
Did a scan to compare results to my fat % on Withings. Was within 1.5%. Pretty easy, fast and was free. Very cool.
Should be five stars
Why four? Because if this nonsense: Sex assigned at birth.
7% difference from DEXA scan
This app measurements are no where close to actual DEXA scans. I took multiple scans at different days/settings and they’re all close. However, when I decided to take DEXA scan to compare, the result was more than 7% higher. Totally disappointing. Don’t wast your money
Inconsistent availability
This app shuts down as soon as I open it more times than not.
Scanning is a complete fail
Decided to give this thing a try after seeing a decent review of it on YouTube. Seemed promising, but I can’t even get the current version to do a body scan so I just had to delete it. This was a similar problem to the one that was in the video. It gets into the screen where it tells you how to stand and position your arms, and then when Close the prompt screen it just goes back to the beginning of the whole scan flow. I tried at least a half a dozen times and same result each time.
