I recently missed a session because the app didn't send me a reminder, and I also noticed that there's no convenient way to add appointments to my calendar. It would be great if these basic features could be added.

Cannot use Moments, it showed an error message. There is a bug! Please let developers to fix it soon!

Mr. Smallwood is a great therapist, my husband and I are very thankful for all the tools that he has given us for an successful marriage.

Their billing department took three weeks to reply to my email, they close at 2pm PST daily and do not have a direct phone number to call with inquires. Astronomically bad costumer service, it is impossible to speak with someone who can help. The poor communication cost me significant amounts of money, for appoints that would have been canceled had they replied to me after a day, not three weeks later.

I am forced to take a test every time I open the app. I am forced to go through a list of therapists every time I want to schedule an appointment. Can I find my current therapist in the app? No. That would be convenient. Can I search for my therapist? No. That would be convenient. Can I get help from customer service to schedule with my existing therapist? No. That would be convenient. So what am I supposed to do? Meet with a random therapist everytime apparently. The best therapy services swap out your provider everytime. That’s a 5 star service if I’ve ever seen one. 🙄

Good so far I’m enjoying the app.

The process to schedule is very easy, fast and convenient! The application is very useful when looking for options or more information.

My only issue is the video calls are linked to zoom but I can’t do them on zoom the link makes me use the spring health app and I regularly hang up on accident just by switching tabs or muting an incoming call. Other than that everyone has been nice and helpful. Love the weekend and evening availability so I don’t miss work. My current team has been thorough and kind.

I had a wonderful time talking to Rachel. I think that she can help me navigate this world. We call life totally comfortable with our conversation and very informative.
