Sprout Social

Unfortunately, we ended up regretting our decision to use Sprout Social. It’s very expensive. It has poor usability. Advertised features are often behind paywalls. It delivered questionable ROI (our team often preferred working natively in Meta Business Suite). What really put the nail in the coffin for us was the poor customer service. We missed our automatic annual renewal date by a few weeks, and despite wanting to cancel, they insisted we’d have to pay for the full year, whether we used the software or not. To us, that says everything about the company. If you need to trap people into your product, it must not be that good. Buyer beware. There seem to be superior alternatives, that cost less, and are more customer friendly.

The amount of frustration I have dealing with the iPad app is huge. Once a post is added to the sprout queue there is no way to remove it, there’s also no reports available.

This tool has made managing 11 Facebook and Twitter accounts so much easier.

Have previously submitted a review and gave it a 5-star rating. I am only writing another review in the hope the app will stop asking me to write a review! Please stop that incessant 'Rate our app' pop-up. Super annoying.

Sprout is a terrific service. A must have for me now. And we are so spoilt now that we want the iPhone App to be as functional as the website! This App is a great start and I look forward to future updates.

Great complementary app from Sprout. Easy to manage several client accounts on the go - I work with Twitter, Facebook pages and LinkedIn. Apparently G+ in the pipeline. If you use Sprout you should use the app. If you use social media, you should use sprout.

My most used app - brilliant functionality. The best social management tool I can find.

Been using Sprout Social for over 3 months now to manage my company's 10+ Facebook and twitter profiles/pages and still loving how easy it is to manage almost all of that from my phone on my way to work! The only thing missing is an iPad app and Linkedin company pages integration and I would give it 5 stars.

As a streamer and content creator the app does exactly what I need it to. I can use the mobile publisher flow to share pics to multiple social profiles. Specifically I can easily add music to my images posted to instagram! 🎶🎸 Then I can generate reports on the go to see how well my vinyl collection posts are being engaged with!

I find this app extremely helpful for organizing and scheduling posts for my 4 businesses, but it is slightly complicated to figure out. There should be more videos or step by step instructions on how to use each section of the site because not everyone finds it easy to figure out on their own.
