What a breath of fresh air SPUSU are. I had given up ever finding a provider offering real genuine helpful UK based telephone support ever again. But wow I was wrong. I found them on a comparison site and having never heard from them decided to dig a bit deeper. Well I took out a sim because I am currently on VOXI which has appalling customer services(Vodafone should be ashamed of this offering) and ran it in a spare phone where the EE based SPUSU constantly out performed the Vodafone based VOXI. So the final acid test was today as I decided to call the customer service number. Please compare what comes next to your experience. Time of call Monday 16.40 After 3 rings there was a real person on the line. No sign of a bot anywhere. And what a great guy. He was patient, knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. As soon as he picked the phone up I decided there and then to pac across from VOXI. So here goes but so far these guys scare a massive 10 out of 10. I am so impressed that if my port goes through seamlessly tomorrow as promised I will be publishing a review on my YouTube channel Glastonbury Gabriel

Really impressed with Spusu and their customer support - they answer in seconds and are very helpful - also respond very quickly to WhatsApp queries. All at a great price on the EE network. Despite some of the reviews on here, I love the functionality in the app Highlights: 👍Simply upload my greeting message via the app using Recorder app to create wav file 👍Choose to receive voicemail messages by email with attachment wav file to play message - perfect when in another country. 👍Forward calls to another number within the app- so straight forward 👍Clear information regarding usage etc. 👍Easy installation of eSIM 👍Porting of existing number was very straightforward. 👍All the usual roaming facilities for the EU and worked perfectly on recent travels After many years with main providers, I love the app but the ease of contacting customer support makes Spusu a very comfortable place to be. App does work functionally but needs UI polish. Letters being cut off if you have long email. Nickname for cards doesn’t fit. Having ability to change plan or buy additional line would be great as well

Just joined spuso, although disappointed they don’t have a dedicated iPad online plan. Buy the app doesn’t need any login or anything. So happy at that.

Extraordinary value. Great download speeds. App working very well. Happy bunny.

Worst app i ever experienced! Signing in should be easier!

Worst mobile app ever. First it log me out and doesn’t login back. I was putting right number and OTP still its says error. Contacting them on WhatsApp after few hours received reply to try again later. Next day it log me in but day after that when i open app its opening like i open spusu website its again asking for mobile number and OTP and showing logos to download app. In an app there website is opening, whats the point downloading app if we have to browse in there app. And you have to put mobile number and OTP every time when you open the app. I have used various mobile networks apps but this one Worsts app ever. Download app to browse theirs website. Lol

Everytime I launch the app I am required to sign in with an OTP. This is very frustrating. Why can't it keep me signed on ? There's no option to tick a box to stay signed in. Pls fix this urgently.

Asks for a new code every-time. Also shows a double menu at the bottom of the screen. Update. Very annoying the more I use it. Also frequently asks for cookie permission. Another star lost.

I paid full amount for the monthly plan but in return you give me only fraction for what I paid!!!! If you don’t sort this out will complain to Ofcom.
