Fix the check in picture toggle mine keeps turning itself back off and have to go in every time to see if the camera has checked in by looking at the time

iPhone 11 with iOS 18 and the app won’t load. It shows the logo and won’t load past that point. I’ve deleted the app a bunch of times. My phone is updated. I’ve removed the cache and restarted my phone. NOTHING. FIX THE APP!

Why is there no button to select all cameras? This is very much needed and is a waste of time to constantly check all boxes.

This app is trash. If you are looking at one picture and click delete, it will often delete another photo that you just previously looked at. It happens to often that I have taken screen capture videos of this happening. Also, when you are looking at one singular photo and click delete, it pops up a window that says “photo deleted”, and it hangs over the top of the delete button. So you can’t quickly delete photos in this view. Terrible. Bugginess is one thing, but it is HIGHLY unacceptable to delete photos you are not deleting.

Overall it’s a good app. There is an ongoing issue I would like to see resolved. The app frequently deletes the wrong pictures. If you are going through pictures deleting unwanted ones, it frequently deletes the wrong picture. At least 10 times we have had desired pictures be deleted. It appears there is a lag between the picture being shown and the one the system thinks the user is viewing. If you are going through pictures and deleting, you often find missing pictures when you are done. Other issue is old pictures not showing (older than 2 months or so). I’m not sure if they’ve been deleted or if the plan doesn’t show them but they are gone in the app. If they’ve been formally deleted, I’ll be sad. If our plan doesn’t allow it, it would be nice to give that feedback in the app. Both issues seem very fixable, but are pretty big issues at the moment.

I set this camera up and it only sent pictures for 1 day. I have turned it off and back on and it just says processing on the main screen. I’m just glad I cancelled my substriction.

For such a low quality camera they sure want a lot per month

-Memory cards just randomly need formatted or changed. -Sends random pics of nothing so you have to buy a bigger picture plan -Picture quality is just ok nothing great - Battery compartments leak - and when you call them that said sorry they are not waterproof- guess you are suppose to build little shelters for each camera.

Very good. Graphics are not the best

I have to turn the camera off, then wait 10 seconds. Then turn it back one everyday to receive pics. Not happy, junk
