Squad Goals lets you track your 3-6 month long goals, and strive towards them with your squad of friends!
It is reported that an "accountability buddy" or external motivation often leads to greater results when keeping a habit. There is a dopamine rush when you share your accomplishments with others. As well as a source of inspiration when you read others' plan. It is these outsized emotions and motivations that Squad Goals hopes to capture.
How Squad Goals works:
- Monday morning you will enter 'Weekly Tasks' for each goal
- Throughout the week, check those Tasks off and notify your squad
- Monitor you and your teammates' progress percentage and 'goal momentum'
- Send notes of encouragement or congratulations, and RACE to reach the end
- On Sunday, take time to reflect and review your accomplishments.

Nice way to keep track in a small team
This is a nice app that makes it easy to track goals and milestones for a small team. it is intuitive to use and easy to keep track of goals.

One of the best apps I’ve ever used!
Super motivating!
Squad goals is pushing me to achieve my weekly goals. I love receiving notifications whenever someone in my squad completes their tasks because I feel motivated to check off my list too. It’s a great accountability tool! I also really like that the notifications inform us what task my friends completed because this way I feel more connected to them.
Easy and effective
I appreciate how simple it is to use this app as a way to maintain accountability between my friends and I. The thoughtfulness of development is clear and I am excited to continue using Squad Goals.
