Dislike the update! I want your by hour comparison on a graph. This doesn’t allow easy comparison throughout service.

I have Iphone12 and the app stopped working just 3 days ago. The new update worked for few days, then all I am getting is UNABLE TO LOAD DATA. It works at the end of the shift day when we end the drawer but nothing during the day to see live sales. The app continues to work on my partner’s mobile (she has a newer iphone). I deleted the app, hard reset the iPhone with no outcome. Looks like I need a new phone to get it working again! Very disappointing. I also agree with few others’ comments that the new update is “trying too hard”. All we need a basic summary with a clear view on our iPhones, not a detailed report at the front interface. I think a new change is required to show the first view as simple as possible and anyone who wants to see more can go to the next page/view to read more data. I am not getting right now the value for money for my mobile app and hope that changes sooner than later. Please fix all the bugs ASAP and consider the heavy users’ feedback.

The new ‘comprehensive’ timeframe comparisons have removed the hourly view, and has become too difficult to read when we have a lot of transactions during that time. Please allow users to have the flexibility to go back to the previous experience. Also please allow the iOS widget to have the option to compare to previous week of same weekday.

Please bring back hourly sales New update is so unnecessarily comprehensive, should be on the website instead of the app.

I loved the app before the latest update. I could quickly and easily check how my business was running with a quick glance. Since the change to the graph is basically indecipherable. From what I can see there is no new information displayed and the only new thing is different coloured fonts….such a shame as I am now considering looking at a new POS.

This app used to be amazing with live reports & analysis on sales. However for some reason with recent updates. It no longer works on my iPhone & other iPhones. I’m not sure what they have done but I no longer have access to the app. Square I love your products but what’s happening with Dashboard! Please fix this!!

Like the app, works well across all devices but really needs ability to change start of week. I have to custom repost everytime to match my week Monday to Sunday. Also apple watch integration would be perfect to quickly access data. Otherwise works as intended

Simple but effective app. Would love to have iPhone X support, as well as a more detailed hour by hour breakdown of sales. But overall quite happy with it.

When I download the app it is useful for a period of time lasting less than a day. Then, when I try to use it on subsequent attempts, it completely freezes and is unresponsive. The only fix I’ve found is deleting and re-downloading every time this occurs which is at least daily.
