Today Netflix lost a customer and a user
It can be accepted that the game is in development and has gameplay flaws, it can be accepted that the rapid growth and acceptance of the game causes failures in the matchmaking servers, especially among players connected through cellular data, it can even be accepted the loss of rewards earned and levels climbed after hours of play, as is the case with this latest update. But what will never be acceptable to me is that you decide to ban a user for your ultra-biased policies, towards what you consider abuse, even without having evidence or proof that confirms any type of abuse or violation of your rules and / or policies of use and behavior. It is very easy to take sides with a user who accuses another of some type of abuse, especially on a platform or game that promotes eliminating players to survive or advance to the next round, it is very easy to automate discriminatory actions even without evidence, and allow a user to accuse another after being eliminated within the game that promotes the murder of the weakest and if you are a low level user and you are eliminated you can run to report the account of that user who eliminated you, just out of annoyance, and then you as moderators do not take the task of investigating, rather you take the easiest option and ban the accused account. I am not sure if this was my case since my account was banned and the best thing is that they do it and do not give excuses or reasons, just an empty email of context and otherwise ambiguous, which only leaves discomfort and helplessness for not being able to reply and an absurd appeal option to which they do not give answers. In short, today Netflix lost a customer and a user due to its ultra-biased policies and for making decisions without providing options, "warning flags," or opportunities for dialogue. The money in my pocket is mine, and I decide who to give it to. And in this case, I won't give it to you anymore. [4RK4N0]
