Sri Murugan Home Delivery

The most pathetic delivery service in Singapore. If you order online and go to the checkout page you would see 25% of the items not Available towards the checkout. After removing everything from the cart you place the order successfully during physical delivery you will notice another 25% of the stock not delivered and out of stock. So it is like you get bajji chilli as it is in stock but not bajji flour which is out of stock. Ultimately of no use and you have to make another trip to a physical store. Plus refund will take ages to process. Choose other reliable service providers in Singapore. That’s all I can say.

I have been ordering through Sri Murugan Trading App for several years, but the last delivery on 31St July was very bad. I ordered for SM udhyam idly rice, but delivery received was all India idly rice. I returned the rice packets and sent an email, but no one replied. I’m yet to receive 3 packets of 5kg idly rice still. The service declined. Fun continues, after above post, I got a call from SM and agreed to deliver 3 packets of 5 kg SM idly rice, but delivery person brought 3 packets of 1kg rice instead of 5 kg rice. I got fed up and asked for refund. No reply from SM yet ....

Very poor service. They changed my order items and delivered something which I didn’t order. Moreover the items they delivered were about to expiry in few days. Looks like they want to clear their stocks. Many items were not delivered and they added to my wallet. Highly NOT Recommend!

1. They take the money through credit card and never deliver the full order 2. You (customer) have to chase them back multiple times. 3. Their customer care doesn't respond well and cuts your call midway.

Blank pages on every category I click. Please do take action on this.

Their minimum order is $60 and I placed the order with them twice. First time, they delivered less stuff while I had already paid for it online. They added the balance to the app. This recent 2nd time experience was horrible, they delivered some of the stuff wrong. On top of it, they charged higher than the app price for some items. I called up their store and they agreed to replace it but I haven't heard from them after that. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

App crashes all the time..shows server error on iphone. Have given feedback to customer care but they dont pay attention! Pathetic app

Worst customer support. App don work

In the app , they not even have contact us button to resolve any issues... Always miss delivery slot and some items missing in the list but they charge for everything
