I am trying to register on the app using iOS, but I keep encountering an error that says, “Enter last name to proceed further.” However, the last name field is disabled on the app. I have tried using both my numbers and even reinstalled the app, but the issue persists, leading to the same error.

Don’t waste your time, energy and money on this app.

using this app for last few days and even though it’s trying to solve a real problem of commute there is a lot to improve. The booking and tracking the booked rides have been a headache on iOS. It does not give an option to see the current bookings and track them. The only good thing i can say is it gives you a ride from point A to B in a cost effective manner.

How am I supposed to add the payment details when the moment I add all the bank details the option to select and save information disappears . I tried so many times . Can you help ??

App nit properly tested and not user friendly.

I’m not receiving OTP

I’m unable to make payment from the app for the past 5 days now. Post entering my VPA and clicking the ‘CONTINUE’ button, the app does not redirect to aggregator; instead I get a black screen. Due to this, I have to contact the car owner for confirming the ride. This is hampering the customer experience.

Even it have 50% match of our ride. It will ask you to pay the full match amount. There is a lot of bugs in this app, but as of now we have also so many updates, but nothing is resolved yet. They should take care about the red match if it is match at 50%, then total amount should be the Half of total root price. This kind of feature is not available like QUICKRIDE.

I usually don’t write comments or promoting application kind of thing…. But in Sride I found trust (you know how!) After my ride completed it takes three days to received my amount from Sride payment gateway.
