Unable to use it at all. Error message at startup or nothing but a logo.

It’s unusable

Poor app. Can’t select flights from one city to another that requires a transit in Colombo either one-way or on a return, eg: Jakarta-Paris. Have to use multi-city. But it works fine trying to book back the other way????🤷‍♂️ Select business class button for searches, get given economy flights to choose from. ???🤷‍♂️ Website claims a 5% discount is given for booking through the app. Search results return same price as Google flights and the Sri Lankan website. Installed. Tried to use. It’s rubbish. Uninstalled one hour later.

I thought the whole point of having this app was to book flights - have been trying to search flights for an hour now, doesn’t work. There’s always issues with the app or website. Please resolve.

Cannot not login after update - it says invalid password even though my password is correct. I have special characters in my password. Fix please

I see that your website says a new application is available but can’t see it here. This one is 6 years old. Please update it.

Terrible airline, terrible app, the most apathetic customer service ever. They cancelled my flight and offered a flight the next day. I’m going for a wedding. The wedding can’t be moved. The flight was to arrive on the day of the wedding. Was told that’s a legit reason to not take the next day option. And that I’ll get a full refund. One month one. No refund. The airline directs me back to the agent. The agent says the request has been made. One month the unbelievably terrible service provider is just sitting with the money and collecting interest on it and not refunding the money. Had to book another flight. A more expensive flight for the same day because of their ludicrous service. Why do they even run the airline if can’t manage the schedules?

I installed the app on my iPhone running latest iOS. When I click on manage my booking it throws an error. This app is not tested throughly on mobile devices and I have no idea how Apple is allowing publication of such apps which is non functional and no use to the users. Please avoid installing this app

Please optimise the app to suit the new iPhones as it’s really frustrating to see that the app is not properly optimised for the big screens. I’m pretty sure that I shouldn’t be the only one having this issue. Please take the apps by other airlines into consideration and make this friendlier features-wise too. Thanks :)

Worked fine the first few times but now it keeps crashing on start up
