It's been 20 days since my order was placed and it still hasn’t shipped! Very bad service! My emails are answered by a bot, no customer support at all! Send me my order!!

Thank you for cancelling huge amount of my order for the dumbest reasons you can imagine, the “best” customer service, all they can suggest you is to cancel your order without any chance. I can’t even spend my money while i lose chosen sizes and picks.

shipping in georgia is very expensive

Make an order few days ago, SSENSE charged money for my order, then cancelled this order and didn’t refund the money back, I was tried to solve this problem with the customer service but no result, no money no answers no item, NO MONEY

An awful website. 0 customer service. They sent my my package 2 weeks after I made my order even thought I tried to cancel it, cause I thought it was a scam. Very slow and very unprofessional

They store u credit card info without permission and then u can’t remove it from u app!!!! They way “just to refresh page/app” does not work!!! The online support told me that only one way to delete my card data is to delete my account ! And I can’t do it ...only they can do it !! I waiting for that almost a week and my account still there! As I see online support from website and support here gives the different answers what to do ..which actually look not professional at all!
