SSH Files – Secure ShellFish

Very happy with it after a couple of years of use: persistent connection with tmux, iOS shortcuts and files integration, snippets… it replaced both Transmit and Prompt for me!

I use Linux for work and this is an awesome solution that allow me to access files and sync my keepassxc passwords

I downloaded this app to have an ssh client on my ipad to connect to servers while working from home. It excells as an ssh client, but does so much more that I would also like to have it on my Mac instead of the standard MacOS ssh client: - it automatically reconnects to servers and manages ssh keys very well - it includes an efficient sshfs client that allows me to use remote files with applications such as Textastic - its sshfs client can also cache files or directories for offline usage. This is really useful when travelling - the cherry on the cake is that it supports Multipath TCP and allows seamless handovers from Wi-Fi to cellular If you need to connect to servers from your laptop, you clearly need this app

This app is one of those “you don’t need it until you need it apps” So do yourself a favor and download the app. If you’re ever in a pinch and need a stable and fast connection to your server, being it a web host or a local Mac, you’ll be glad to have it preinstalled. Did I mention it integrates seamlessly with the Files app and offers local sync?

Great app for connecting to servers and managing connections, while integrating into the Files app. Sometimes connections aren’t persistent, but the simplicity of the option to verify the connection is great for troubleshooting and helps get you back to your work.

Amazingly built tool, high quality and configurable. Well maintained with both feature and bug fix releases, and great release notes explaining what’s changed for anyone interested. My only issue is I don’t have to enough reasons to use this app. Keep up the great work!

This a just a really great app. I am a programmer, and I probably spend about 50% of my time on my iPad in this app. It is just that good. The developer is talented, not to mention both friendly and responsive if you reach out to them. I bought this app many years ago now, myself and I have never once regretted my purchase. I only wish all the software that I used on a daily basis was developed with the same level of attention to detail and quality. If you want to encourage quality software development, the kind which comes from an artisan and not some megacorp, you are going to want to show that is how you feel by purchasing this app. I really do not see how you could possibly go wrong by doing so. I'm just being honest; facts. 👍🏻🫡

I used to use terminus. It was my favorite for a long time. I usually don’t do monthly subscriptions but there was no other better option. This has completely replaced Terminus for me. I am very happy with the functionality, cost, and features.
