The button for updated is not working…been clicking it many times

It says that my SSS Mobile App is outdated and asking me to get the latest version by clicking the Update button, I clicked it multiple times, IT’S NOT WORKING…

Like the title says

It’s very disappointing that this major government agency in the Philippines seems NOT to care about advancements, I don’t understand why is it seem too hard to maintain one app like SSS? Could it be because the VP of IT Solutions Division is not even capable of managing his people? I don’t even know if he know what he’s doing, his credentials don’t mention anything related to IT at all so it’s no surprise why this app seems to be developed from the year 2000 or even 90s (if there was an app at that time!) For OFWs who would like to pay for contributions, it’s just impossible for us to do this in this app, and it is such a huge disappointment to anyone in the SSS organization / management and to the Philippines as a whole!!! It’s 2020, get those skilled and more capable fresh grads who can innovate and can get this app up and running!!! This is basically useless now and needs to be deleted!!! You better have to figure out how to do some testing, and launch a major update this this annoying will be working not just for someone who’s in the Philippines but for those who are out of the country and wants to contribute their money to this government org!! Did you even understand any of these!!!?

Paymaya payment is still not active until now. Theres still a payment is currently updating updating. Payment will resume in a while... The warning has been there for 2 weeks already. The developer is not reachable through email so I will post it here. They will easily see this I guess.

Sana katulad ng Pag-ibig pwede magbayad gamit ang debit/credit cards for Filipinos working abroad.

Pwede nyo rin po bang lagyan ng feature/option na magbayad dito nalang gamit ang app. So those people especially from abroad are able to easily access and pay their contribution. It maybe a bit risky but given the fact that it’s a government organization it has to have this option para mapadali ang processing ng pagbabayad ng mga OFW.

Hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin na aaccess ung sa employer log in

I paid online using SSS virtual via gcash but until now more than 2 month still not reflected in my SSS contribution. Very very bad apps

The new update requires higher iOS so older iPone cannot use sss online anymore unless buying a new apple ipone. Majority of user cannot afford to buy new iPone.
