It’s the worse app I ever come a cross Unprofessional really bad

WOW! Congratulations Staffomatic staff. I’ve never come across such a terrible and useless app before. it’s so bad I feel Compelled to leave you a review. It’s so bad. Just so so terrible it’s how I assume what the scheduling system in hell would be like. It made me leave a review that I hope other companies that are contemplating using it will see, and then think twice before they decide to use something else. Anything else. Pen and paper in a foreign language would be easier and more helpful than this app. I’ve reached out to the support team as well and they were rude and condescending. I find it incredibly that this company has any clients left. Edit:I received a reply to this review from the developer. It was just as condescending and dismissive as I expected it be after looking at their other replies. How they can say, with any sincerity, that the product they offer is good when the App Store rating is amongst the lowest I’ve come across is beyond me. Instead of sending grumpy replies to people who leave reviews, how about spending that time fixing your app? Edit from 2021: Still no improvements to usability in this app. Incredible. We’ve moved on to using a new system from “When I Work”. It just works. Filtering, searching, loading times etc… all the basic stuff just works it is so MUCH nicer to use.

App hasn’t working for a couple of months, doesn’t show all shifts. Contacted support who said it was apples fault because they do too many updates. Staffomatic is a joke of a company, support was of no help whatsoever.

Life changing - goodbye excel spreadsheets. This is a great app for a company that’s has people who need to be flexible

When shifts are relased the site way to busy too many error messages it can’t keep up

Hey Staffomatic developers please fix the issue with app this is serious some people they have only one job and they book their shifts through Staffomatic app but now they can’t because the app is very slow and it’s not working at all and also including myself I work as courier for Stuart and I cannot book one Slot shift through Staffomatic app. Please please fix this issue ASAP you seriously losing customers

Please make changes to your app it is not working properly at all. Do not respond to the customers that they are not right, make some changes. I don't know how such big organizations work with you.

That is a most useless app. Not because its sh,,t its just not working at all. Its not even loading just freeze and close the app.
