The app never gives the live location of the buses or when they are expected to arrive a location given how stage coach drivers do what ever they want and never stick to the timetable its annoying that the app never helps to predict the arrival of the buses
They cancel bus times and make me wait hours at the busstop
The timings for bus 83 to chapel town is never accurate, the bus never comes on time.
Some of the bus drivers are terrible and they don’t have patience to wait for passengers…
It’s ok
Why put lit up signs of the bus times when they keep changing leaving the public late for work and people late appointments and interviews ? We get warnings from our bosses for being late ,we get told our appointment has to be re arranged and it doesn’t look good being late or not even turning up for an interview. Get your acts together and think of the public for a change It’s ridiculous watching two to three buses all turning up one after the other .Not good at all for business is it Stagecoach
App doesn’t work and Stagecoach have just raised there prices by 50%. This is an attack on working people, I can no longer afford my commute to work.

Can’t find nationwide route map
I find the bus service in conjunction with the app is usually very good. Delays are quite frequent especially in afternoons. Without the app this would be very inconvenient but I can check app and time when I leave to go to bus stop. Usually the tracker is pretty accurate, though sometimes it can disappear completely….or stop for a period then jump forward suddenly. But generally good.
