Buying a ticket is frustrating in the Manchester area, it’s not clear to which stops it’s valid for. I want to buy a simple £2 single ticket into the city centre and there’s no option to. It seems to be more expensive to purchase mobile tickets regardless. Why?. More ticket options on the website, making this highly potential app redundant. The Birmingham/ Coventry bus app system is incredibly user friendly. Worthwhile to take notes from them.
Why does this bus NEVER run on time? Why is the app always inaccurate? Why do you bother with an app that’s always wrong? Bunch of incompetents.
Website is slow and doesn’t understand places and stops after typing !!!
Buses disappear off the map frequently show as cancelled or super late the buses themselves either never show up or are late and then there are 3 in a row its a joke and they always insis they on time the only way to know what is happening if you got an important journey is to call the depo and find out because they have the actual times

This is so easy to use
It used to be really good with the live map becuase that's all i used it for and now it says random times that buses don't even show up at and the live map doesn't show where the buses are half the time anymore.
The application is terrible, the buses are terrible, the company is terrible too, the company is not interested in helping people, when they sell drugs at our bus stop they are not interested, I would look at them if their child would buy this drug,
App is slow. Bus time not accurate and always late. Amateur service
this app is absolutely abhorrent to use, with a horrible UI and outrageous prices that would make your average commuter faint. not to mention the absolute stench and filth on every single bus owned by the company, it seems they like extorting people to pocket extra money and never spending a single penny of it to clean their own buses. the app requires an internet connection most of the time, which can be a massive problem for those with little data as it will regularly sign you out and refuse to work without an internet connection, even if you’ve already bought your ticket online. if i could give it zero stars, i would.
