Super slow, messy and at times does not show chart - receive error of unable to retrieve chart data at this time. Market just opened and I can’t trade as I don’t see current chart. It does not show depth and any other analytics for free, which other trading apps do. It costs A$20 a month to view this data. Really!? In few words PATHETIC, COSTLY and SLOW! Do not use this platform, look for other options.

Some issues with the platform updating, prohibiting selling, rather dangerous

June 2024: Last update broke the log in process. No now we can only use the web browser on our PCs. Bit of joke, really.

I have my account funded more than $25k USD but PDT still apply , I can’t sell stock and that causing me loosing too much money.

Features and price are good but the font size is tiny and the iPad version only utilises a small part of the screen. I’d love to bring my portfolio over from CMC Invest but this app is unpleasant to use purely visually. Needs to utilise the full screen and support adaptive text.

I have been using this broker for 3 years now. Fx rates are too high and you are charged so much money to transfer even little amounts from aud to usd. I transferred 5970Aud to usd and recieved only 3829$. I lost like 160Aud through instant transfer which is still in processing state after an hour of writing this post. Trading is also too slow. T+2 time for selling trades. This time is too long for trading shares. Moomoo is much fatser in every respect. No recommended

From last one month the App has been playing up and it can cost you a lot of money when you are using this platform on a daily basis. Not happy with the App recently!!
