Stanbic IBTC Mobile App

Very poor user interaction. App has proven to be unnecessarily hectic to use compared to other bank apps.

I am tired of the app not working. Had to use the web version always.

This app is terrible for banking. From login issues, to failure to allow me set up security question and answer, failure to set transaction pin, general user interface, etc. Just terrible.

The user interface is now inefficient compared to other banks’ apps. When an account number is inputted, the associated bank name should be among the suggestions. For frequent payments, the account details should auto-complete. Please improve on these to save ample time while on the app.

This app needs an urgent upgrade. I need to to get to the branch to upgrade the account. Take a cue from Kuda or ALAT and do better The UX is nasty guys. Just copy platforms like GTBaNK

You can’t easily transfer using your ussd code! I thought the app will be better but it’s has been from frying pan to fire

This app has refused my password for over a month now. It keeps showing “request cannot be completed at the moment please try again later” too. I can’t even change my password. I hope you guys sort this glitch soon.

Kindly improve your mobile app. It has become slow and inefficient. How can one not generate receipt after a transaction? Also statement of account does not ever drop in my email. It’s very disappointing! Please do something about all your services.
