Stand Hours

This app never records until I open it. I expected it to record stand hours when I wasn’t wearing my watch, but falls short of that expectation unless I keep opening it. Uninstalling

Needs a watch complication.

I never wear my Apple Watch on the weekends. The reminders to stand are great on my days off if I’m sitting around on my phone. Lol! Good to be reminded every hour to stop that. Ha. Ha. I donated too. Thank you for this nice app.

Can’t adjust reminders

Great app. It’s a free way to use an Apple watch feature on your iPhone. Super useful if you’re feeling lazy but want to start taking care of your body

Sitting is supposedly the smoking of our generation. This app is simple to use and helpful as a reminder to stand more often. Perfect for helping meet my New Year’s resolution of being more healthy.
