1. Если случайно нажал не Ок, а отметить законченным весь день, то уведомления больше не будут приходить в этот день, и отменить это никак нельзя. Нужно сделать кнопку отмены. 2. Все паузы одинаковой длинны. Было бы удобно сделать возможность, например, чтоб после четырех коротких, был длинный.

Из того, что смог найти на эту тему - лучшее.

Sehr praktische App, viele Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. Sollte aber auch ein kurzer Beep anbieten.

The app is simple an does what it needs to do. The fact that it does not always use my location is keeping it from a 5 star rating. As a tip to the developers: it would be good to have the option for a random stand/sit timer.

This is just absolutely exactly what I wanted. And it doesn’t capture all kind of info on me, just reminds me to stand up and to sit down regularly. Perfect!

Looks like exactly what I need, but it hasn’t been updated in six years. I don’t need new features, just wondering if the developer is still around and will update the app to keep up with new OS versions. I’d also love a watch app. 😁 Update: no watch app, but somehow it sends interactive notifications to my watch. Dunno how it works, but I’m not arguing. I’d still feel better if I saw a recent update.

Simple, sufficient customization, effective. A great way to create reminders to “stand up every hour and move for 5 minutes”. Getting my iPhone to do this was irritatingly difficult until I found this app. Many thanks!
