I am managing health insurance of my old age parents from outside India, but since last few weeks app suddenly stops logging myself in. I had submitted claim before and haven’t received any replay since last 3-4 months, and I cant do much now, just sit and wait for replay from support person over email channel.
There is a major bug in Date of birth field of link ABHA “Add member” screen. The dob field does not accept date and month earlier than today for past years. I tried to add the date 18/08/1944. It does not allow. Please check and fix asap
And why there is no option to add my family in this I logged in finally. My policies are not in the list. And manually adding this gives system error.
Not supporting when really needed the customer support team was keep on transferring our call and never got our solution. Even the hospital team was filling them but no solution about our approval letter very worst experience. I won’t recommend this company
I have been having worst experience and I am thinking that I have wasted my money for las so many years on this health insurance. The online helpline numbers given doesn’t work. Ig you get through those number no one is ready with answers for your queries. The local office contact number in goa is mostly switched off even in working days. The listed hospital are of worst standards The listed labs are worst services and it seems lack they don’t care and they have full surety that no one can do anything but be a victim of there insurance. I am thinking of changing my insurance policy to some other better health insurance.
Application is not generating OTP to register email address. I renewed the insurance one month back still not reflecting in the application. Star health team to consider this urgent manner to resolve this issue.
Unable to login or recover the password. The app is non responsive
star health is black listed by many hospitals due to bad service and unsettled claims. don’t buy their policy
The moment you start accessing the claims, the app and their website stops working. I ported to another insurance after that, can’t take any chances.
It doesn’t show the policy on iPhone 16 for renewal in active and expired section.
