Would be 5 star…but…

I’m gonna start on the positive. Unlike many other apps, this one allows you to progress quickly (very quickly) without spending any money. Within my first three days of using this app I had gathered quite the collection! I already have just over 1,000 cards. The interface is easy to use and the amount of cards to collect is insane. You’ll never get bored of this app. However, there is one flaw. I can’t trade, open cargo drops or purchase cards it keeps showing an error message whenever I try to do so. I don’t know what to do. Do I delete and log back into my account? I don’t want to risk losing my progress. Please help me then I’ll make it 5 star! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Not good enough!

I’ve been playing this game for a short while but I can’t sign up due to game crashes and now I can’t even log into the game, its overall a good game but these bugs are best to be fixed

Apr/May ‘22 - review

Been using this app since 2015 - goes up & done in use-ability, currently the UI seems flawed, buttons take a long time to acknowledge a press, occasionally you Ned to quit out for stuff to update (showing purchases), count markers missing from cards when trading - needs an update please. Otherwise, great addictive fun!

Workbench grinds iPhone 8’s to a halt

Used to be better, especially when I first used it in 2015 App crashes or slows down really badly till it grinds to a halt and you have to exit every time if you have a phone lower than 8 goodness knows what the lower phones are like with it, wish they’d fix Cards have become a bit repetitive too Yes my phone is up to date as is the app

Absolute Fraud

I have been using this app on and off for 5 years now and I am about to delete it to never use again. Recently, there has been an issue that means when you make an in game purchase a bug does not deliver the items paid for, therefore forcing me to contact customer services with an Apple invoice days later to receive the goods - usually after the particulars wave of cards you want to pay for has ended stopping you from completing the set. The most recent case of this, after a long period without it, has left me with 4 weeks of none or poor communication from customer services. They have taken my money and not provided the goods. I have emailed multiple times which are being ignored, and had very poor communication via the in-app support chat which resulted in me being given a generic ‘update app’ message after talking to person that seemed to be on the verge of supplying me what I paid for before disappearing. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have had on an app provided by the App Store. The app has severely gone down hill in recent years and in my opinion is clearly entering into fraud at this point. Surely it is a deliberate act to ignore paying customers requests for what they paid for. DONT WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS! APPLE PLEASE INVESTIGATE.

Unplayable since latest update!

Since the update last week I have been having trouble with getting the game to load to start with. If I actually get into the game I get major lag on packs, workbench, lock on & trades (just the 4 keystones of this game), not to mention the events hub just crashes whenever I open it. I have tried multiple wifis and 4g with no success.
