I love this app, I love how Jessica brings her own touch to the weekly readings but sometimes there’s just no daily readings, or the weekly readings are published late. Other than that, I love love love it

Why does Star/Child show us our charts based on only the Whole Sign House System? Instead of using a more widely used system, or even giving us an option to choose the house system we want to use throughout the app?? I use about 3 different astrology apps I prefer, Star/Child included since it is the only one of its kind, where I can add my two partners and our child. However, between all 3 apps, this is the only app that is showing me my signs in very different houses than my normal apps. One app uses the Placidus House System, and the other originally the Porphyry House System, however they let us decide our preferred system to use. So therefore, I have both apps using the Placidus system because it more corresponds to myself the best. One app is free, and I do pay for the other app which is only $2.99 a month. This app is $10.99 a month and with it costing more I expected more. We should be able to choose our preferred house system. Even though this app has a lot of cool features, this small missing feature makes a huge difference. And if I had known this was the case, I would not have paid for this app. This app should have a one week trial period like most offer, so that we can ensure of all the things we are getting with paying for the app. This app should also add the option to pick our House System! This feature alone I would reconsider keeping this subscription, but I am disappointed!

I’m loving the app for learning about my kids astrology, but by some cosmic coincidence my kids have identical moon and rising signs, even in the same houses, so their daily readings on the app are always exactly the same even though in reality these two kids are so different from each other!

I was dubious about the cost…. And I never leave reviews….But I have been really enjoying this ap!!! Content has been helpful of lots of details and good info updated daily. Highly recommend!

Liked this app at first and then shortly after purchasing a subscription it logged me out of the app and wouldn’t let me back in. Wouldn’t even give an option to log in or back out — it would only make me create a new account all over again. Smells a bit like a scam to me, which is really disappointing because I really felt it would be helpful for me and my kids.

I really love it. It has some amazing insights. It’s a pretty aesthetic and intuitive app. The information is also some of the best. Loving that. My issue is how often the app kicks me out. Since I have multiple kiddos, sometimes I have to go back to the app a few times a day to get all the info. I have to log in almost every time (when there is a gap of a few hours) and every single morning. It’s frustrating, and it’s making me rethink paying for this app. The content is AMAZING. But when it takes too many steps to get to said content, it’s a bummer. I also tried finding a “help” area in the app that I could communicate the issue directly with the people who develop the app, but I couldn’t find anything.

This app is impossible to cancel if you get a trial subscription. They don’t respond to emails. The FTC is going to stop this kind of fraud and I am super relieved. Don’t take a chance, they will charge you for as long as they can and ignore your pleas for canceling.

Do not pay for trail or anything unless you want to be charged every month indefinitely. I have emailed twice regarding canceling and continue to get charged. Truthfully, I can’t remember, but you probably have to do a trail or something and put in your info to get the app in general, I immensely regret that. If they could resolve this, I might rate app higher bc the info was there, but as of now this app is complete fraud.

Try to cancel in app, says you must cancel in subscriptions. Not listed in subscriptions. This is the most annoying thing to me— it doesn’t have to be hard! If you don’t mind paying for an app you use every once in a while and can never cancel, this review isn’t for you.
