Not able to get gems to help advance and stuck at level 18
This game doesn’t make it easy to level up, I’ve been stuck at level 18 for the past few months it’s really frustrating

Cannot advance in game
Love the game but for a least a week no matter what I do I am stuck on level 18, tried contacting the site, no reply, disappointing.
Update
The updated restarted my whole game and started me at the very start again….
Does not go past lv 18
This game does not go past level 18 been stuck there no option of moving forward and no support from the developer

I have the objects I need to continue but the game is not ‘reading’ them so I’m stuck. I have emailed the developers with no response.

I would like to know how long it will take... will you repair or advance the game... we get stuck in the game...we can't do anything anymore.... you risk losing players and their pleasure of playing…. give us a date... so that we know... you owe us respect between the game creator and his players

Good game, which I was enjoying but now have no orders to complete so can’t get any further. Frustrating!!

Was loving the game but can’t get past level 13? Nothing to upgrade?
Update reset my progress?
I was enjoying the game until I updated it today, the game reset back to the beginning. This also changed the way the game worked, acorns now merge to mushrooms then to stones? The merging just doesn’t make sense now.
Level 10
Was enjoying the game. Got to level 10. Nothing to upgrade and no orders to complete. How do you move on?
