East to use and I’m seeing results from trying out some of these workouts. My only gripe is that it would be nice to have a dark mode.

A pretty decent app and I like the way you can put together your own workout schedule etc. However you cannot add what weight you are lifting and reps achieved! So without physically writing this down somewhere you cannot track your progress etc! Add this functionality and it will be near perfect.

This really is a great app. Fully customisable and can be as difficult as you like when you get fitter!

Exercise tuition is visual only. Needs a verbal back up to ensure correct performance. There are far better apps available and much cheaper, if not free.

Easy to use app. Love the videos, they are clear and easy to follow for a beginner like myself.

Previous reviews are right. Quality app, allows you to create your own workouts. Choose and mix muscle groups to be worked, time/ number reps, rest time, number of sets. Shows the time the workout will take. You can properly tailor a workout to your needs. Wish other apps that said this, actually did it! I'm impressed.
