Один раз заплатила за подписку на 3 месяца со скидкой, затем без каких-либо предупреждений с меня снимали по 30 долларов каждые 6 месяцев. К сожалению слишком поздно обнаружила непредвиденные расходы. Обидно, что подобные сервисы не уведомляют о платежах. Приложением уже год не пользуюсь, работу для русскоговорящих найти почти нереально. Скорее для Великобритании и Европы , на что ушли мои деньги - непонятно. Объяснила все это службе поддержки, деньги не вернули.

As a recent user of the App and Website, I find it can be a bit glitchy. The app sometimes doesn’t allow you to choose your age range, location and distance etc and then unable to proceed and search. Same with the website, despite putting in specific filters, results are not in line with these. Could be much slicker and better. Alerts for jobs where talent meet certain criteria would be useful.
i’m confused i purchased the months subscription but it’s not showing on the app, whenever i try to do things it asks me to subscribe but i am subscribed already ?
I have been receiving delayed messages from casting directors. Some couple of days to display on my messages, some after 2months! I have been monitoring both app and web and the problem is still happening
Joining star now again because so many fellow SA’s tell me it gets them lots of work .
The app doesn’t work properly, it keeps freezing. And whoever designed this upgrade has a long-winded way to get to any step. Plus the actual job advertised won’t open directly from emails or the banner notification. It just opens the app on the landing page
I have an account with starnow but it won’t let me login in on the app
I hate this so much. I can’t believe you have to pay to act! I deleted the app 1 month ago and I’m still getting notifications .
