To get started, use Start Smart for Your Baby to make a healthy pregnancy action plan. Just enter your due date and birth date. Then Start Smart for Your Baby will create a custom Home Feed just for you. We’ll share pregnancy health articles and a To Do List.
Along the way, make a list of things to talk about with your doctor, midwife, or nurse. Add your questions to your Q-List so you can easily remember them at your next appointment.
After your baby is born, keep using the Start Smart for Your Baby app. You’ll get our newest tools for baby up to age two:
