Doesn’t work
One star because the app does not even work. Immediately it says an error occurred after I select a title. I tried on various Wi-Fi. No VPN multiple sites and on cellular no dice. Don’t waste your time.

Do not subscribe!
UPDATE: Quick response from the support team, but as mentioned below by previous customers, I can confirm they’re not helpful. Please do not subscribe to them. I had subscribed to starzplay, assuming that id be able to access cricket word cup content, thanks to deceiving marketing messaging on their website. Little did I know that I had to pay extra on top of what I just paid, to be able to access CWC content. Still waiting to hear back from customer support on this.
Multiple profiles
Add ability to create profiles, it’s really annoying having just default one profile. All video streaming services have multiple profiles.

Their website states that videos can be streamed on safari but once I tried it on my MacBook it kept showing an error message but started working on Google chrome. I contacted the support and they were absolutely useless and sent me their FAQ page. Don’t waste your money the content is not worth it anyways.
Not available in my country
In Canada this app is supposed to stream The Stand, as of Jan 3/21. It says it’s not available in Canada, at all. Who was wrong?
