I have over 3000 points and I can’t use them because it will not change my phone number no matter how many times I verify it!

i can’t even open this app. i click on the location button and nothing happens. nothing. if it can’t even check my location what good is this. absolutely useless. and i deleted it.

I recently tried the new online shopping system, and I’m extremely disappointed. What used to be a simple, straightforward process has become unnecessarily complicated. The layout is confusing, and it takes way too many steps just to find basic products. Features that should make shopping easier, like filtering and sorting, are buried or glitchy. I also encountered multiple errors while trying to check out, which wasted a lot of my time. Overall, the new system is frustrating to use, and I really hope they make improvements soon.

I really like the app but I can’t figure out how to leave reviews for cannabis verified purchases. The reviews have been so helpful for my purchases and I’d like to leave my own feedback on purchases that would help new cannabis users like myself. Any response or guidance as to locate writing my own reviews would be great. Thanks

Tried removing the app & starting fresh after giving up last time. It’s a nightmare. Imagine scrolling back 1 month at a time all the way to 1965 🤣 just let us type in the date! Easier to just ask about my rewards at the store! Skip this!!!

There is really no point in the app. Not allowed to sign in, can’t check and app routinely crashes. Almost a complete waste

If your login on the website is via apple or google, this simply wont' work as there is no way to login wiht 3rd party credentials available in the app

I see lots of people complaining about the app, not sure why. Does exactly what needed, cumulates points and exchanges for $ off.. if your store has different polcies that’s on then and not the app..

Annoying!! Every time you swipe the app away it still tracks your location in the background until you close it. I keep seeing the blue GPS arrow every time i minimize the app, tapping on it brings me to Stash Cash. It seems a little invasive, and doesn't really make sense when the map still asks you to enter your city/state.
