Terrible service
I had to reschedule my booking as my friend had covid, notified via the app a day earlier and was given the option to reschedule. I called and emailed the hotel and was given the green light to have exception to reschedule but i needed to make new booking then stayr can cancel the old one. However now that i made a new booking, stayr still no response after a week. Now i have paid double due to no refund of old booking. Dont offer your customers a reschedule if you cannot honour your words.
